This course is designed to provide you with a broad skill set of performing simple Assembly analysis.

Course Objective:
The course will cover creating measures, sections, clash detections and how to compare two products. This course is primarily aimed at mechanical engineers in a checking role who do not need to create 3D CAD. The course will also benefit CAD designers in being able to navigate through large assemblies and quickly perform validation checks. The course includes a mixture of presentation and tutorial, enabling students to gain hands-on experience.
The course covers the following topics:
- Introduction to DMU Space Analysis
- Measuring
- Sectioning
- Clash Detection
- Comparing Products
- Adding Annotations
Who Should Attend?
CATIA V5 Mechanical Designers, Engineering Managers with a good working knowledge of CATIA V5 (CATIA V5 Fundamentals is recommended).
