This course describes and demonstrates how to use CST for Signal Integrity/high speeds technology.  The course will go over some fundamentals of how to set-up and run an electromagnetic simulation – it will take the viewpoint of how to do this for electronics applications and spends a good amount of time on features and tools that are helpful and specific for this area.

The course covers the following topics:

  • Modeling, Set-up of Simulation, Importing Layout Boards and Analyzing Pre- and Post Processing Results.
  • Overview on Suitable Solvers for Specific SI/PI Applications.
  • How to Set-up and Run the Solvers and Tools for Different SI and PI Applications.
